Compositor v9 Audio Middleware: Generating Over 60 Tracks for Suno
Compositor v9 audio middleware has proven to be a valuable tool for generating cover remixes and other music projects. Its comprehensive meta tagging system can be utilized in various AI applications. While Compositor v9 generates key and musical ideas for a track, the remaining task for Suno AI is to arrange and resynthesize the generated data.
Suno middleware albums created from MDL12 non-duplex modem sounds showcase a diverse range of styles. Initially, I believed this was a coincidence, but with over 60 tracks, it is evident that Compositor v9 has accurately captured my musical preferences.
Maintaining a consistent database for handwritten tracks presents a challenge. To achieve this, one must pass a test to ensure the ability to create an infinite loop from the brain using headphones as a brain-computer interface. This results in a non-ending audio loop when playback is stopped in the Max for Live host. If an infinite loop is generated from the MDL12 feeding, it is necessary to record an output to files.
Compositor v9 and all Compositor versions starting from 6 require a two-bar loop. I have already switched to groove~ modules for improved loop interpolation, resulting in click-free middleware recordings. Middleware is a 3-5 minute loop repetition recording that encapsulates all the meta data needed to generate a Suno song or instrumental track. Simply upload the middleware to Suno and create a cover remix by pressing the “Create Cover” button. The generated information is then populated into Suno’s advanced mode prompts, such as lyrics or instrument arrangement and main style prompts.
While I have enjoyed this work, I am eager to explore further possibilities with Compositor middleware and AI in the near future. I have already released the summarized version of Compositor v9, version 9.3.3, which is purely user-intended. Previous versions with high-speed dumping capabilities were primarily developed for research purposes.
